Pakistani Kima Curry


Last night we had this delicious dinner – its paleo/primal and its awesome.

I used this recipe and made a few changes.

Ingredients
2 pounds grass fed ground beef
8 tbsp grass fed butter
1 large onion, peeled and diced
1 - 7 oz jar of tomato paste
1 small head cauliflower, roughly cut into florets
2 tbsp cumin (ground)
3 tsp salt
2 tsp ground ginger
3 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 package frozen peas
large handful of fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
dollop of sour cream, for serving (optional)

It was really delicious; I will definitely be making it again. I can’t wait to try out different vegetable combinations.

    1. cilantro is something you either love or hate ;) It didn't really stand out with so many other strong flavours, but you could totally omit it from the recipe.
